At Wild Heart Weddings and Events, we work hard to ensure that your event goes off without a hitch — you’ll enjoy the same level of care that we put into our own events and family functions. Everyone here strives to provide the highest-quality services and the exceptional attention to detail. 

We will work to meet your individualized needs throughout the event planning process. A staff member will be available the whole day to you. They will ensure all farm facilities are picturesque, address any last-minute needs and more! All package prices are based on 100 guests. Custom quotes will be provided for those looking for something smaller or larger. 

 

If our packages doesn't have exactly what you need, please let us know we are happy to custom build a package for your dream wedding or event. 

We have Basic Wedding planning and Day of Coordinating as well for $600. 

Can also rent decorations, plates, chairs, cups, games, and more individually.

Basic Planner and Coordinator

  • Bartender: You provide alcohol/beverages, Bartender required if you wish to serve alcohol

  • Ceramic plates

  • Gold or Silver Chargers

  • Trough drinking container for soda

  • Mason drinking jar for guest wedding favor with chalk label

  • Glassware: Wine glasses or champagne glasses

  • Additional Wedding crew to decorate, help with parking, food services etc.

  • Food catered from our vendor Includes 2 meats, 3 sides, dinner roll and/or buns

  • 2 Wild Hearts Servers for dinner

  • Cocktail hors d'Oeuvers fruit and/or meat grazing table

  • 2nd Photographer for up to 6 hours day of event

  • Photographer for 1 hour for save the date/engagement pictures (scheduled based on events)

  • Decorated floral arrangements for archway.

  • Cabin porch decorations with signs and floral arrangements

  • Flowers for archway

  • Sheer Curtains for Archway

  • Baby’s breath flower arrangements at each table for centerpieces
